The eye catching thing about the Vandutch 40 charter is the incredibly minimalist and low cut design that runs throughout the charter. The boat has very few, guard rails, supports, and all the trimmings are consistent throughout the upper and lower deck. The consistency in the finest, deluxe teak and leather fixtures and fittings create an ambiance of luxury, style, and beauty making the Vandutch here in Ibiza seem like a work of modern art.
The upper deck features the wind-sheltered helm with port side controls and a starboard seat. The seats also contain minimalist stainless steel handles for the guests aboard the charter when traveling at higher speeds. Moving towards the rear of the upper deck is a large dining table with a drinks holder in the central console. This is surrounded by an L-shaped seating arrangement with bold colors to maintain the contemporary artist’s theme which runs through the charter here in Ibiza.
This backs onto the main lounging area which runs out to the stern of the charter yacht. Again, this is all very low to keep the low-cut theme making the yacht symbolize a shark-fin like a stealthy charter.
The petite lower and front end weighted cabin is made up of a large daybed lounge area – perfect for crashing out on during the siesta hours of Ibiza. On the port side of the yacht is the spacious square shower room which is fitted with a non-slip shower, toilet, sink and bathroom sink. There is also some storage space and mirrors so you can look fresh during your stay aboard the charter yacht here in Ibiza. On the starboard of the Vandutch 12m charter here in Ibiza is the storage room for the main cabin. The lower cabin is lit by round skylights but does not contain portholes to contribute to the artistic stealthy look.

The Vandutch is powered by 2x 415 hp Yanmar inboard engines giving it a top speed of 40 knots. The charter here in Ibiza is 12.08m long and 3.5m wide giving it a very stable configuration at high speeds making for a quiet and smooth ride even over bigger waves. The charter is intended to be used as a day-boat and therefore only has an 870L fuel tank (plus 150L water tank) which will be consumed at a rate of 90L per hour.
